Witam. Otrzyma�em plik excela, kt�ry kto� wyexportowa� z bazy danych. Niestety
co krok s� tutaj dziwne znaki znaki zapytania w kwadraciku....  To chyba b��d
konwersji, jak sobie z nim poradzi�?
